You must be fluent in Spanish and English. You must have a car*driving licence because of location Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 Position: Dealing with customer enquiries via e-mails and phone Managing problems for customers and liaising with other departments Keeping focus on key customers All administrative processes involved with customer service - from processing orders in Oracle to following through delivery and payments. Liaising with Client subsidiary Knowledge: Previous experience in a Customer Services environment would be advantageous Previous experience of order processing Knowledge of office and admin systems Must have Microsoft Office experience Previous experience of databases desirable Skills Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required to deal with both internal and external customers and the sales force Must be fluent in English and Spanish Excellent organisational skills Ability to use own initiative to make decisions
